&TV's is all set to launch its new show Waaris in the coming days with a fresh concept and popular faces. As we have already reported about Akshay Dogra playing a pivotal role on the show, we have now come to know about the popular face that has been paired opposite him.

Swati Bajpai will star opposite Akshay!

Our source informs us, "Swati Bajpai, who was last seen on Mrs. Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein has been finalised for a key role on the show. She will be seen as the wife of Jagan (Akshay Dogra). Her character on the show will have a comic touch with a shade of negativity."

When we contacted Swati, she confirmed the news with us.
