Summers are tough to handle, especially the scorching heat that leads to dehydration. What's worse than shooting the entire day in that scorching heat wearing heavy makeup, jewellery and costumes?
And so it is really tough for the actors to prevent themselves from a heat stroke. However, recently we reported about the Naagin actress Mouni Roy, who became unwell due to continuously shooting in the scorching heat. Now, we have another actress who has suffered a from a heat stroke.
Shiny Doshi who plays Sarojini in Zee TV's 'Sarojini' fainted on the set twice because of the boiling temperature that went up to around 40 degrees when the actress was shooting outdoors for a sequence. Shiny said, "It is really difficult shooting outdoors during Summers. I love shooting outdoors in a pleasant weather, but when it is around 40 degrees, you get fully tired and exhausted. That's what exactly happened to me. Above that, it was an emotional sequence that required me to put a lot of glycerine, it was a total headache for me. I was continuously vomiting and couldn't eat anything. It was a tough time but then I do take precautions to prevent myself from such situations."
We quickly asked her about the precautions that she would advise her viewers to take, "The important thing to keep in mind is avoiding quick transition of weather, as people tend to directly sit in the AC room after just bearing the scorching heat outside. This leads to an unbalance in the control of the body. Also, I have a Kacha Keri Juice that keeps me hydrated throughout the day."
Well, we hope Shiny is well now and all the viewers should avoid doing things that the actress has advised not to do!
