Kumkum Bhagya actor Arjit Taneja confirmed for Dangal's next? Here's what the actor said

There have been reports about Ved Raj's Shoonya Square Productions next being in the works. There were reports that Kumkum Bhagya actor Arjit Taneja and Isqbaaaz fame Leenesh Mattoo are in the running for the male lead. And now, as per reports in IWMBuzz, the actor that has been finalized for the role is Arjit Taneja.

We reached out to Arjit, to confirm the same and the actor told us that ''I have given the look test, nothing is finalized yet.'' However, reports have it that he has been finalized after all and will be joining the show as the male lead and that the final decision has already been taken.

Arjit was recently in the news when the actor tested positive for the novel Coronavirus. The actor had shared a post two weeks earlier, thanking his friends and family for being around as May 2021 was a rather difficult year. He shared a photo on social media and mentioned how he is grateful.

Meanwhile, also joining the show will be veteran actress Pratima Kannan. The title of the show, however, has not been decided just yet. In addition, the production also has two other shows in line, one on Star Bharat and the other, on Colors.
