'Koffee With Karan 8': Sara Ali Khan gets candid about why she prefers non-designer attire

In the latest season of the much-loved chat show, 'Koffee with Karan', Bollywood's beloved host, Karan Johar, is back with an exciting lineup of guests. Season 8 of the show has already seen intriguing conversations and revelations, with Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Panday set to grace the couch in the upcoming episode. One particular revelation from Sara Ali Khan has been making waves as she candidly opened up about her preference for non-designer attire.

Sara, who has often been in the headlines for her unpretentious fashion choices, chose this platform to shed light on her unique approach to fashion. When asked about her penchant for eschewing designer clothes, bags, and shoes, Sara Ali Khan explained, “It is not like I don't have designer bags and shoes. I don't believe in wearing designer clothes because I look fine in Zara. I feel I have the confidence to carry it off.” 

She further adds, “I don't do it to come across as relatable but maybe what I need to be aware of is that I am an actor, I have a good amount of followers on Instagram."

She further expressed, “What I should be careful of is that, I shouldn't come across as lazy, I shouldn't come across as unkept, so maybe I needn't have oil in my hair, but I don't think I will ever say ‘Oh, I need a blow dry I am going to the airport.’ I find that ridiculous and I am not going to apologize for that either.”
