They have also filed a charge against the unidentified relative who has claimed to the aunt of Kim Sae-Ron. It seems she gave the photo to Kim Sae-Eui, and he posted it. The charges include, “Include violations of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (distribution of footage filmed using cameras, etc.).”
