Kim Soo-Hyun
The Queen Of Tears actor is supposed to be one of the highest paid actors around. He made around Rs 30 crores plus from the global blockbuster. Kim Jiwon and his show got high ratings on the global OTT platform. If we compare him to an Indian star, he is earning in the same league as Vicky Kaushal and Sidharth Malhotra.
Park Hyung-sik
Cute, handsome, sexy with unmatchable aura, Park Hyung-Sik made around Rs 50 crores from his latest show Buried Hearts that is coming on Jio Hotstar. This means he is the same league as stars like Kartik Aaryan, Ranveer Singh, and even Tiger Shroff. All these young Indian stars get this much from the movies.
Lee Min-Ho
Well, he has been there in the industry for years, and he is known worldwide. Lee Min-Ho commands a whopping fee as much as Rs 70 lakh for one episode. His total fee is a little lower than Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Prabhas, who charge anywhere from Rs 150 – 200 crores for a movie if we calculate on the basis of a drama of 20 episodes.
Gong Yoo
Goblin, Coffee Prince, Squid Game 2, Train To Busan, Gong Yoo is worth every paise spent by the makers for his acting skills. The talented star made around Rs six crores for every episode of Squid Game 2, which is huge. He would be in the same league as Ranbir Kapoor, Rajinikanth and others.
Park Seo-joon
If there is one actor in K-dramas who has a terrific track record, it is Park Seo-joon. What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim, Itaewon Class, Fight For My Way, Gyeonseong Creature were all global successes. He makes around Rs three crore per episode of his dramas making him one of the biggest stars out there. With a fan base as huge as his, shows run just on his name.
Song Joong-Ki
We have seen him on blockbuster shows like Vincenzo, Descendants Of The Sun, Reborn Rich on OTT. Song Joong-Ki has millions of admirers all over the world. In comparison to the above three stars, he is quite modestly paid. As per reports, he makes around Rs 1.7 crore per episode of a drama.
Lee Dong-wook
A good actor blessed with gorgeous looks and sizeable acting talent, Lee Dong-wook makes as much as Kim Soo-Hyun which is around USD 300,000 per episode of a drama. Given that he generally does two to three dramas per year, it is quite a bit.
