Since the trailer release, fans have been curious about the film’s gripping storyline and star performances. Now, Ananya has added to the excitement by revealing new black-and-white photos of her character, Dilreet Gill. Her post has received massive appreciation from fans and even her close friend Suhana Khan.

On Friday, Ananya Panday took to Instagram to share two stunning monochrome pictures of herself as Dilreet Gill. In the photos, she is seen with a long braid, golden hoops, and a traditional outfit, looking away from the camera. Her character joins Akshay Kumar’s Sir C Sankaran Nair, who fights against the British Empire after the Jallianwala Bagh massacre. R Madhavan plays the opposing lawyer defending the British.

The film explores an intense courtroom battle, patriotism, and justice. It brings to light the silent struggles of Indians who dared to challenge British rule. Directed by Karan Singh Tyagi and backed by Dharma Productions, the film is all set to release in theatres on April 18, 2025.
