Kedarnath Writer Kanika Dhillon Gets Engaged to Himanshu Sharma

After months of lockdown, the nation is slowly moving towards the unlock phase and while businesses are getting back on track, we also see a bunch of weddings taking place.

Recently, we saw celebrities like Kajal Aggarwal, Aditya Narayan, Punit J Pathak tie the knot to the love of their lives. And now we hear, that yet another celebrity couple has exchanged rings.

Popular writer Kanika Dhillon is now engaged to beau Himanshu Sharma. The duo was in a relationship for quite sometime now and decided to make it official by exchanging rings. The engagement ceremony was an intimate affair and only family members were present to bless the couple.

Kanika took to social media to share some beautiful pictures from the ceremony. Dressed in a bright yellow suit, she looked radiant while Himanshu opted for a blue kurta and white jacket. Check out the pictures below:

The good news does not end here as Kanika and Himanshu have also decided to get married soon. 

“After being in a relationship for a while now.. we are happy to announce we are engaged and getting married soon. Looking forward to a happy and great life ahead” Kanika and Himanshu told Pinkvilla.

While Kanika is known for her work in Manmarziyan, Kedarnath, Guilty, etc., Himanshu is a National Award Winning writer and is best known for his work in blockbuster films like Tanu Weds Manu, Tanu Weds Manu Returns and Raanjhanaa. 

Currently, Himanshu is currently working on Atrangi Re starring Akshay Kumar, Dhanush and Sara Ali Khan, while Kanika is busy with Raj Kumar Hirani’s upcoming directorial venture starring Shah Rukh Khan and Haseen Dillruba starring Taapsee Pannu.
