The media already reported about Mukul Harish entering Star Plus' Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai as Kartik's brother.

That character which Mukul plays is how the man sacrificed his dream of becoming a singer to join his family business since Kartik left home. After Kartik's return home, he did not acknowledge the sacrifices made by his brother and the animosity grew stronger over each passing year.

We earlier reported about Naira finding a proof which will help bring justice to Kartik. But Naira will be misguided by a man constantly and he will pose as a hindrance in her mission to bail out Kartik.
