Kartik and Naira get DIVORCED; this actress RETURNS to Star Plus' Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai!

Star Plus' Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will soon see Kartik (Mohsin Khan) and Naira (Shivangi Joshi) go their separate ways officially, much to their and their families' despair.

However, the one person who will be very happy and satisfied with the divorce will be Suwarna (Parul Chauhan), as she'd want to get Naira out of Kartik's life and get him married to his best friend Ashi (Mrinal Singh).

However, this pivotal character's return to the storyline, will bring about the much needed respite to the couple's supporters.

Returning to the fold will be actress Lata Sabharwal and her character of Rajshri, Naira's Nani.

We already saw in the precap as to how a mystery lady will be seen walking towards the Singhania house, while Kartik and Naira step out of the Goenka Mansion to head to court for their divorce.

While unfortunately, Kartik and Naira will get divorced, Rajshri's return will bring the pair into situations that will eventually lead to their patch up.

We reached out to Lata who confirmed her re-entry and told us, "Yes, I am returning after a gap of 2-3 months. My character will be crucial in bringing Kartik and Naira close again."

Well, now that the show will be taking a new turn, what more can we expect than an intriguing storyline?
