Kartik Aaryan spotted at Sara Ali Khan's bash, sparks fly amid the latter's 'Koffee With Karan 8' revelations

In the midst of the Diwali festivities, Sara Ali Khan hosted a dazzling celebration at her residence, and among the guests was her ex-boyfriend and Love Aaj Kal 2 co-star, Kartik Aaryan. Kartik sported a clean-shaven look, making a stylish entrance in a bright yellow kurta paired with white pyjamas and kolhapuris. 

Adding to the star-studded affair, Ananya Panday, who had shared the Koffee With Karan couch with Sara, attended the bash accompanied by her boyfriend, Aditya Roy Kapur.

A video from a paparazzi captured Kartik posing for photographs before entering the party venue. Despite his usual wide smile, Kartik opted for a brief pose on this occasion.

Kartik's presence at Sara's Diwali bash comes hot on the heels of the telecast of her recent Koffee With Karan episode. During the show, Sara candidly discussed the complexities of post-breakup relationships, admitting that being cordial with someone from one's romantic past is "not always easy."

In response to Karan Johar's question about their relationship dynamics, Sara shared, "I don't want to say, yeah it's all easy because then it comes across as a little more frivolous than it is. It isn't always easy. When you're involved with anybody, whether they are your friends, whether it's professionally or romantically. Especially if I am, I get involved. I get invested. So it's not like Oh yeah, It doesn't really matter. These things do affect you."

For the unversed, this isn't the first time Sara and Kartik have crossed paths at informal events. In September, Sara visited Kartik's residence for Ganpati darshan, and they were spotted sharing a hug at the Gadar 2 success bash.

For the unversed, Sara and Kartik's relationship dates back to the time of Love Aaj Kal 2, which hit the screens in 2020 under the direction of Imtiaz Ali. While the film didn't make waves at the box office, it sparked a real-life romantic chapter between its lead stars.
