Kareena will NOT be part of Salman Khan's Dabangg 3, confirms Arbaaz

Dabangg 3 has been in the news ever since Salman Khan announced that he will be back in his Chulbul Pandey avatar. The film's first installment, which released in 2010, became an instant success and the second titled Dabangg 2, was appreciated by the audience and the critics as well. While it was confirmed that Sonakshi Sinha will play the female lead in the third installment by reprising her role of Rajjo, rumours were rife that Kareena Kapoor Khan would feature in a dance number, much like her Fevicol Se song in Dabangg 2.

As expected, her fans were super-excited to witness Bebo's scintillating dance moves again. However, to everyone's dismay, producer Arbaaz Khan quashed all rumours of Kareena being approached for the role and told Mumbai Mirror that official announcement about the cast will be made soon.

Meanwhile, it is being touted that south Indian actor Kiccha Sudeep has been roped in to play the role of the antagonist in the Prabhudeva-directorial. The daily earlier quoted a  source as saying, "Sudeep and Salman have been planning to team up on a film since a long time and things have finally fallen in place. The two will engage in Tom and Jerry kind of skirmishes in Dabangg 3."

Salman will begin shooting for Dabangg 3 in April once he wraps up Ali Abbas Zafar's Bharat, also starring Katrina Kaif.
