Karan Mehra is lately being widely recognized for his role as Vedant in Sony’s Virrudh.

Playing a boy next door, yet with a strong character has truly put Karan on the spot light. Recently, Karan was offered to a music album for YBR Complany, a a composition with the maestro's of music, Jagjeet Singh and Gulzar, but unfortunately he had to decline it because of his shooting commitments.

"Yes I was hoping I could have done the album especially since it's something novel and offbeat for me. And working with Gulzar Saab and Jagjeetji would have been one experience. But more so I wanted to do on any cost as my mother is a great Jagjeet Singh fan, and wanted it to be like a gift for my mom. Hopefully there is a next time! " says Karan. Karan was also invited to judge a dance competition in Delhi.

Looks like Karan is surely in demand as of now. If only one can use every opportunity that comes across. Nevertheless, hats off to Karan for being professional with his prior commitments.
