Earlier today, Kangana Ranaut took to her Instagram story to announce that she has tested negative for Covid-19. She had also added that she does not want to offend ‘covid fan clubs’ and thus will not speak about it.
However, Kangana has now recorded a video on fighting Covid-19 and shared how she cured the virus. In the beginning of the video, she said that after receiving backlash on her previous post, she had decided to not share her journey of recovery but her sister Rangoli Chandel motivated her to guide her well wishers.
To begin with, Kangana asked others to not be scared of the virus as it an ‘internal fight’ and try to not spread the virus to other people around you. She asked the ones diagnosed with Covid-19 to maintain three divisions of approach: physical, mental, and emotional.
Sharing the video, Kangana wrote, 'Fighting Covid. I am not an expert on covid but sharing my journey of fighting the virus, hope it helps.'
Sharing her own experience, Kangana said that she had sore throat, headache and fogginess on her mind. The actress also shared tips and home remedies like 'kadha', steam, gargle with betadine that helped her to feel better.
For mental and emotional relief, Kangana advised people to do yoga, meditation and stretching. She revealed that she used to chant a mantra, listen to Hanuman Chalisa and hear other spiritual talks to keep her mind away from negativity.
Meanwhile, Kangana had hit headlines after her Twitter account was permanently suspended for repeatedly violating guidelines as she had made objectionable comments on West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
