Kangana Ranaut has been receiving Summons from Mumbai Police since July 3 in connection to Sushant Singh Rajput's case?

Kangana Ranaut has actively raised her voice for Sushant Singh Rajput and the problems he faced. While there has been a massive uproar to attain justice for Sushant, fans and netizens have raised their voices on social media against injustice and nepotism, bullying in the industry. 

Bollywood celebrities have been divided over opinions as they try to side by the right or the wrong. Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut has been quite outspoken about the same and she has called out many celebrities in connection to Sushant's sad demise.

The rumors of foul play in Sushant’s death were put to rest after the final post mortem report made it to the news. However, the investigation is still underway and Mumbai Police has recorded statements of 37 people in connection to Sushant’s death.

Its evident Kangana’s team has been active on social media and they even stated that the actress is keen to record her statement with the Mumbai police in connection to Sushant’s case. But, she failed to receive any response from the Mumbai Police. 

However, a recent Times Now report quoted Mumbai Police and stated that they are trying to serve summons to Kangana Ranaut since July 3. They also visited her Khar office, where her manager refused to accept the summons and didn’t share Kangana’s details either. 

Mumbai Police also got in touch with Kangana Ranaut’s sister Rangoli, she also refused to provide Kangana's number and informed the police to send a team to Manali where the actress will record her statement or send the questions.

On Wednesday, Kangana’s team took to Twitter and stated that Rangoli receives casual calls from the cops but Kangana has received no formal summons. 

An ANI report suggests that Mumbai Police will soon issue summons to Kangana Ranaut to record her statement in connection to Sushant’s case.

Meanwhile, police has recorded statements of 37 people including family, friends, girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty as well as filmmakers Sanjay Leela Bhansali and filmmaker Aditya Chopra, film critic Rajeev Masand and more.
