Kamya Punjabi's film on Pratyusha Banerjee RELEASED!

And, here is a small gist of what the 18 minutes controversial film showcases.

Late Pratyusha Banerjee, came under media's glare again when bestie Kamya Punjabi declared that she would be releasing a short film titled 'Hum Kuch Kah Na Sakey', a film on Pratyusha's rocky relationship with boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh.

However, her boyfriend went ahead and got a stay order from the court on the release of the film yesterday. But, Kamya Punjabi, being the determined woman she is, told the media that she will go ahead with the screening and looks like she has stayed true to her words.

While it is still not clear if Kamya successfully screened the film or not, the film has certainly been released on youtube and you can watch it below.

The 18-minute video, even though cannot provide us a great deal of insight into Pratyusha's life, does give us a rough idea about it. The film starts with Kamya's voiceover about how not love, but needs have become a priority and how that leads to broken relations. Pratyusha's happy phase with Rahul, their romantic phase, texting each other, cooking for each other, everything is presented.

Kamya returns back to explain how love starts and that is the best phase of life; but, with passing time, things change and the love changes to a responsibility and distance starts to creep in. Some girl named Rita, texts Rahul, indicating that there is a third wheel in their relationship. Back at home, Pratyusha is shown spiraling and smoking and drinking. Rahul returns home and they fight and break up and Pratyusha walks out of the room. Soon after, Rahul is seen walking out of the door and also on their relationship.

Kamya talks about how in anger and ego, we don't say what we feel and let a valuable relationship break and how we find ourselves at crossroads. She questions why we isolate ourselves in our ego and write our own sad story. (The End)

It's been a year that Pratyusha Banerjee left for heavenly abode, and even today, it fills us with immense grief to recollect her death. We pray she is in a happy place! More power to her family!
