Kamal Haasan To Undergo a Surgery of an Implant

Due to an injury in 2016, Kamal Haasan had suffered a fracture following which he placed an implant in his leg. The news was confirmed by his political party’s vice president.

Actor Kamal Haasan is all set to undergo an implant surgery. The legendary actor had a surgery scheduled a lot earlier but it kept being delayed due to Haasan's hectic schedule. As per the report in PTI, the actor will be undergoing surgery to remove an implant in his legs. Due to an injury in 2016, Kamal Haasan had suffered a fracture following which he placed an implant in his leg. The news was confirmed by his political party’s vice president.

Vice president of Makkal Needhi Maiam, a political party founded by Kamal Haasan, Dr. R Mahendran confirming the news said, “Upon his doctor's advice Kamal Haasan will be getting admitted in the hospital for the surgical procedure on November 22 to remove the implant. Furthermore, he has been compelled to take a break for the next few weeks to physically recoup.” Therefore a lot of his political as well as his film commitments shall be pushed ahead.

Recently, Haasan completed 65 years of age and his birthday was widely celebrated by his fans on social media.
