Kalki Slammed for having a child out of wedlock; Actress Narrates her Painful story

The world went bonkers after Kalki Koechlin shared the pictures of her Baby Bump and the photos caused quite a stir. While these pictures have taken the internet like wildfire and they have also created a storm of questions that lead to nothing but negativity. 

However, it wasn’t an easy decision for her to undertake as the actress revealed there were many factors that were involved regarding the same. 

Kalki announced her pregnancy during a media interaction and she later uploaded a photo on her Instagram confirming the same. In the post, she expressed her relief for not having to hide her baby bump under layers of clothes. 

The actress rests in her second trimester and it was nearly impossible to hide the baby bump at the following stage. She had decided to keep the bump under wraps until nearly five months although it never seems so easy as it sounds. 

In September, the actress decided to announce her pregnancy to the world and the trouble wasn’t far away to hit her hard. Netizens reigned fire over the actress with all their might and the vicious circle of terror couldn’t be stopped unless Kalki decided to step-up and put an end to the derogatory comments. 

In a recent interview, she revealed that she was a bit nervous to make the announcement but she was ready to face trolls and judgments. She even revealed that trolls left derogatory comments on her posts and she is okay with it because she knows that it comes with her "territory of being a celebrity".

Talking about her pregnancy and fighting the stigma attached to being an unmarried mother Times Now quoted Kalki saying, "I think I was a little nervous about the first announcement, but I also knew that these were going to be judgments that are going to come up. Only on social media, of course, you have your trolls. So like where’s the husband? How can you do this? And you know, like don’t wear tight clothes, don’t show your belly and all that stuff. So that. That comes with my territory. I’ve been used to doing that for the last 10 years with just being a celebrity. So I am okay. I’m okay right now." 

On the contrary, Kalki admitted when it comes to her neighbors or anyone else she meets face to face, Kalki shared they have been overjoyed and super supportive towards her.
