Director Todd Phillips surprised fans on Valentine's Day with new stills from the highly anticipated sequel to "Joker: Folie à Deux." Sharing the photos on Instagram, Phillips wished everyone a day filled with love.

The images feature Joaquin Phoenix reprising his role as the Joker and Lady Gaga portraying Harleen Quinzel, also known as Harley Quinn.

In one of the photos, Gaga can be seen affectionately gazing into Joaquin's eyes, while another captures a romantic moment as he dips her on a terrace backdrop. The only coloured picture released shows Gaga dressed in blue, contrasting Joaquin's trademark suit. Sharing the same he wrote, "Hoping your day is full of love. 10.4.24"

Fans of Gaga were thrilled to see the singer-actor showcased in the stills alongside her musical endeavours.

Although details about the sequel remain undisclosed, the released stills suggest a musical setting revolving around Arkham Asylum, where Joker and Harley's first encounter unfolds. The supporting cast includes Zazie Beetz, Brendan Gleeson, Catherine Keener, Jacob Lofland, and Harry Lawtey.
