Jodha Akbar fame Shiny Dixit to Play a Queer Character!

Crazy Guys Production which has produced shows like Uttaran is bringing a new original titled Junoon a Ishq for the online streaming site, Prime Flix.

According to reports, actress Shiny Dixit who is known for her role in ALT Balaji’s Gandi Baat will be playing a lesbian in the upcoming web series. The makers have roped in actor Amit Das for the lead role in the romantic drama.

About the series, the story will revolve around a guy named Mahesh who falls in love with a girl named Sheetal. However, Sheetal doesn’t have the same feeling for Mahesh whereas it will later be revealed that the protagonist is a lesbian.

Shiny was part of popular shows like Jodha Akbar, Zindagi Ki Mehek among others. Apart from Television, she was also part of Bollywood film Hate Story 3.
