January 4th was our first date, hence we decided to get married on the same: Rushad Rana

Kumkum Bhagya has been an audience favorite due to its intriguing plot and authentic portrayal of relatable characters like Ranbir (Krishna Kaul), Prachi (Mugdha Chaphekar), Rhea (Tina Philip), Shahana (Aparna Mishra) and Aaliya (Reyhna Pandit). The show has kept the audience hooked with several fresh and exciting twists and turns. In recent episodes, viewers witnessed how doctors have saved Ranbir but because Prachi couldn’t unveil Rhea’s truth in front of Kohli’s family, she has been forced to get married to Siddharth (Kushagra Nautiyal).  

 While the cast is having fun shooting for the upcoming wedding drama sequence, they are very excited to attend Rushad Rana’s (Ranbir’s father) wedding next month. The popular actor Rushad Rana a.k.a Vikram Kohli from Kumkum Bhagya is all set to tie the knot in January 2023 with his girlfriend Ketaki Walawalkar. The nuptial will take place in presence of limited family members and close friends in a temple on January 4th and will be followed by a reception. The couple will be celebrating this beautiful day with the cast of Kumkum Bhagya along with others in Mumbai.

Talking about his wedding, Rushad Rana mentioned, “Ketaki is a very down-to-earth, mature woman, who has a great personality. About a year ago, we met and went out on our first date, in fact, January 4th was our first date, hence we decided to get married on the same date next year. Our relationship started with casual meetings, but gradually we fell in love.  My parents are very fond of Ketaki and although I am a Parsi and she is a Maharashtrian, both our families are avidly looking forward to our wedding. I am glad that everything went smoothly, and our parents agreed for a simple Hindu wedding.”

He further added, “I can’t wait to start this new chapter of my life with Ketaki. On January 4, after our wedding, we will throw a party for our friends and family members in the evening.”

 While Rushad is all set to tie the knot this January, it will be interesting to watch if Prachi will actually end up marrying Siddharth this time. Or will Ranbir turn the tables to get Prachi back in his life?
