The diva was an inaugural recipient of the Meryl Streep Award for Excellence at the first edition of Women In Film and Television (WIFT) India Award.

While the fans couldn't stop adoring the former Miss Universe, another Bollywood diva Janhvi Kapoor was awarded by the WIFT Emerald Award at the first Women in Film and Television (WIFT) India Awards for Dhadak. The actress made her debut for Shashank Khaitan's directorial 'Dhadak'.
