Jagannath & Purvi’s bond has made him deal with things in different manner: Rajendra Gupta of ‘Dosti Anokhi'

Sony Entertainment Television’s slice of life drama ‘Jagannath Aur Purvi Ki Dosti Anokhi’ has tugged the hearts of the audience with its endearing narrative that gives a fresh perspective on relationships. Revolving around the unique bond of friendship between Jagannath (Rajendra Gupta) and Purvi (Ismeet Kohli), the on-going track has piqued the interest of the audience with its high octane drama arising from Alok betraying Jagannath’s trust by mortgaging the ancestral house without his consent to Purvi being pregnant. Things have definitely got complicated in Jagannath’s life. It is rightly said, ‘if there is a will there is a way’, and proving the same will be the distorted Jagannath who will try to turn things around and deal with both the situations with a calm and positive outlook. In the upcoming episodes, the viewers will see Jagannath Mishra walking that extra mile to make sure Purvi has all the support she needs and motivates her to not lose hope especially at a critical time like this. 

Actor Rajendra Gupta shares his view on this interesting trait of Rajendra Gupta, saying, "Jagannath is a man of experience, and so he knows what goes around comes around. Every action has a reaction; you reap what you sow. Still, Jagannath strongly believes that there is always a reset button in life and what's needed to move on is the support and love from loved ones. Kusum and Jagannath are devastated to see how their son betrayed them. At the same time, they are concerned for Purvi and her pregnancy. Right now, Purvi is in a state of mind that has her giving up on life, something that Jagannath strongly disapproves of".

He added, "After everything Purvi has done for them, showing them love when their own children did not, it is only right that Jagannath now will stand with Purvi as she starts this new phase in her life. He wants to make Purvi understand her worth, and why her life is not something which can be thrown away in the blink of an eye. So, Jagannath has promised to be her pillar of support, someone she can lean on when the world seems against her. Truly this is a commendable trait of Jagannath Mishra, a man who has old schooled of thoughts, but this pure and beautiful bond between the two has made him see and deal with things in a very different manner."
