It's heartbreaking to know about Karan and Nisha's controversy: YRKKH actress Nidhi Uttam

The nation woke up to controversial news yesterday night as a power couple from the television industry Nisha Rawal and Karan Mehra got into an ugly brawl. The news about trouble in their marriage has been doing the rounds recently. 

Nisha accused Karan of domestic violence and that he is cheating on her. Meanwhile, Karan has rubbished all the allegations leveled by Nisha on him. Karan has stated that Nisha hit herself in order to teach him a lesson by maligning his image in the public domain. He also stated that Nisha is on medication and is suffering from bipolar disorder.

Nisha’s friends Munisha Katwani and Rohit Verma have been supporting her while Karan’s friend Gaurav Chopra has sided with him in the matter.

India Forums got in touch with Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress and Karan Mehra’s co-star Nidhi Uttam. Nidhi played the character of Nandani, Naitik’s sister in the show. In an exclusive chat with us, Nidhi expressed being heartbroken on learning about Karan and Nisha’s separation news followed by the controversy. She said, “Karan and Nisha have been so much in love always. It's really heartbreaking to hear about their separation! I attended their wedding and other gatherings; never thought this day would come”.

She further added, “Karan has been such a humble & respectful man, a true gem of a person & Nisha has been so much full of life, vibrant & always madly in love with him. I hope that things get sorted for them. It's really hard to believe any of it ".
