MX Player’s Original Series, Bhaukaal returns with its Season 2 that is all set to launch on 20th January. Based on true events of an Indian brave heart who is dearly known as the real-life Singham, IPS officer Navniet Sekera, the second season is filled with some power-packed action sequences and nail-biting suspense. The audience will witness Mohit Raina in a captivating performance as he once again gets into the shoes of the heroic S.S.P Naveen Sikhera.

Known for getting into the skin of the characters that he portrays on-screen, Mohit’s alluring persona, sincerity, and his ability to convey his emotions with conviction make him the perfect choice to play the role of a real-life Singham.

Speaking about how he prepared for the role, Mohit shared, “After being offered the role, I wanted to understand the thought process of the IPS officer on whose life the show is based. So, I spent time with Navniet Sekera, tried to understand the man behind the cop and ensured that I grasped as much as possible so that I could do justice to the role of S.S.P Naveen Sikhera."

Performing the action sequences with so much vigor, the dialogues and above all, the right portrayal of emotions of serving the nation first is what kept me going through the entire project.

It also stars Bidita Bag, Siddhanth Kapoor, Pradeep Nagar, Gulki Joshi, Ajay Chaudhary, Rashmi Rajput and Late Major Bikramjeet Kanwarpal in pivotal roles and will release on 20th January only on MX Player.
