It Happened in Calcutta: Naghma Rizwan's Look Marks Her Transition From A 'Girl' to 'Woman'

Naghma Rizwan will soon be seen opposite Karan Kundrra in ALT Balaji-ZEE5’s upcoming web series titled It Happened in Calcutta. Just a few hours back, the makers shared the poster of the series featuring Karan Kundrra and revealed his 70’s look for the same. 

Now, the makers have unveiled the look of Naghma’s character, Kusum.

Naghma plays the role of Kusum, a sweet and smart girl who is the only female MBBS of her batch at the Calcutta Medical College.

Far from the mainstream love story, the show is all set to give you an interesting take on romance and relationships set in the ‘City of Joy’ during the ’60s and ’70s. It will be interesting to see how Kusum (Naghma) and Ronobir (Karan) equation pans out along with the touch of the 70's in the series. 

The makers will drop the trailer of the series on 14th February i.e. Valentine's Day.
