Although, when it comes to Ranveer, he is conceived by the world as the life of a party and a powerhouse for energy. But for his wife and actor Deepika Padukone, he's a lot more and a lot different than how the world perceives him to be.

During a recent media interaction, Deepika said when asked about the secret behind Ranveer's ever-high energy levels, "I don't know what happens when he leaves the house." 

The actress went on to explain that he's not that person at home and hence, she wouldn't know his secret. She said, "There's an extremely.. which I think also people will start seeing, you see it in his work, which is that there's an extremely quiet side to him, there's an extremely intelligent side to him, there's a very sensitive and emotional side to him, there's a vulnerable childlike innocence, so there are so many facets to him."

Deepika quipped that she serves only almonds and coconut water to him in the morning. "He only has badaam and nariyaal paani in the morning and I am making that for him and I am not mixing anything in that," she jokingly added. 

Adding to it, she mentioned that the Ranveer she knows is "switch off" while the Ranveer known to the world is "switch on", she also shared that it's the beauty of their relationship how the two are so different yet so alike.
