Indian is my most preferred cuisine - Bharat Chawda

As we know that our TV celebs are very much conscious about their physique, but they never miss a chance to have lots and lots of food whenever they get a chance. Our Telly celebs love to be known as a foodie. One such big time food lover is the popular actor Bharat Chawda who is seen in Zee TV's popular show Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya.

What is your most preferred cuisine?

Indian is my most preferred cuisine. As I am a vegetarian, I prefer eating Dal, Chawal and more.

Your favorite mouth-watering dish?

Dal is my favorite mouth-watering dish. Actually I like all vegetarian dishes which are rich in proteins. So I like Rajma and all types of dals. Since a couple of months I am surviving on dals only.

Which restaurant you prefer the most?

More than five star restaurants, I prefer going to the Dhabas which are located at highways.

Do you like spending time in the kitchen?

Yes, because whenever I am hungry, I go in the kitchen to cook for myself. I love cooking healthy food for others.

What is the most memorable kitchen moment, be it happy or a disastrous one?

I remember I learned to prepare Tadka dal from my friends and later when I cooked it at home, it tasted good but it was extremely spicy. My family didn't tell me directly that its spicy instead they appreciated but nobody was able to eat it. Later when I tasted it, I realized my mistake. Then when I made dal for the second time, it was very yummy and got many appreciation.

Which is your favorite quick cheap healthy meal?

Dal and protein shake is my quick cheap healthy meal.

If you have to take a celebrity on a date who would it be?

I would like to take Alia Bhatt on a date.
