Indian Idol to witness a shocking elimination

Loyal viewers of Sony's Indian Idol 5 are in for a huge shock as the talented Naushad Ali Kawa from Jaipur is the latest victim to the inconsistent voting coming from the junta!!

Naushad who had been hailed to be one of the top five contestants of this season will bow out of the contest in tonight's episode.

A little birdie tells us, "The youth sensation, Amitabh Bhattacharya and Amit Trivedi will be the special guests in tonight's episode. The votes of public for the last week's Qawali episode as well as Monday night's gala episode were taken into consideration. And it was a shocker when it was announced that Naushad who won the Best Performer of the week award on Monday was declared to be the guy going out".

Naushad too was stunned to know that he was getting eliminated. Even the judges expressed their astonishment over the decision of the junta.

Next week's episode is expected to be the Wild Card round.
