Indian actress falls sick after finding insects in Food!

The degradation of quality among Indian hotels has been a matter of serious concern for many. The hike in prices and deteriorating hygiene, there are plenty of cases being registered under quality control. Recently, Rahul Bose denounced the over-hiked prices Bananas at JW Marriott, now Section 375 actress Meera Chopra falls prey to yet another uncertain incident.

The actress found insects in her food and reveals how she has been falling sick ever since she has checked in the 5-star hotel DoubleTree By Hilton Ahmedabad.

The actress revealed that after ordering food from room service, she found maggots in her food. She highlighted how people staying at big hotels have to pay a bomb for everything and they offer worms in food. She also revealed that she has been staying there since last one week and that she has been falling sick since the time she checked in. 

The Article 375 actress also made an attempt to bring the issue under Food Safety and Standards Authority of India’s (FFSAI) notice. Voicing out her opinion, she said, “it's high time strict actions are taken against these life danger issues!”     

Taking it to her Instagram handle, she shared a video of her food and wrote: “Staying in @doubletree in ahembdabad. @doubletreeahmedabad And got maggots in my food. U pay bomb fr these hotels nd they feed u maggots. Its so shocking @fssai_safefood plz take some immediate action. Where are the health safety regulations now!! #maggots #doubletreebyhilton.”

On the work front, Meera is an Indian actress and a model who will be seen in Article 375. The film stars Akshaye Khanna and Richa Chadha.
