Ibrahim Ali Khan, son of Saif Ali Khan, recently debuted in "Nadaaniyan" with Khushi Kapoor, now streaming on Netflix. Following the film's release, some viewers noted the dubbing, with claims it masked Ibrahim's lisp. Ibrahim addressed this, revealing the speech issue stemmed from his hearing disability at birth. He also shared that he is actively working to improve it.

Ibrahim Ali Khan shared with GQ India that he was diagnosed with severe jaundice shortly after birth. This condition impacted his brainstem, leading to substantial hearing loss.

I went on to lose quite a bit of my hearing, and that impacted my speech. My speech is something that I’ve had to work hard on since I was a child, with coaches and therapists. It’s not perfect; I’m still working really hard on it

Ibrahim Ali Khan, following his debut in "Nadaaniyan," addressed the social media backlash. In an interview, he discussed the film's mixed reviews, admitting he was pleased that some recognized his contribution. Khan acknowledged the negative reviews, noting they "they do not fly your brains a bit." He viewed the criticism as a part of social media. However, he found joy in the positive feedback from industry peers.

"Nadaaniyan" marked the acting debut of Ibrahim Ali Khan and the directorial debut of Shauna Gautam. The film boasts a cast including Khushi Kapoor, Jugal Hansraj, Suniel Shetty, Dia Mirza, and Mahima Chaudhary. The plot centers on Arjun and Pia, college students who feign a relationship to improve Pia's social standing. Unbeknownst to them, this act sparks genuine feelings. The story then unfolds as a dramatic exploration of their emotional journey.

Ibrahim Ali Khan is reportedly set to star in "Diler," a sports drama, alongside South Indian actress Sreeleela. He is also slated to appear in "Sarzameen" with Kajol, directed by Kayoze Irani.
