I was skeptical; it required lot of convincing from my friends to take up ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 12’: Sriti Jha

Colors’ popular reality show ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ will soon start rolling the twefth season of the show. The makers have roped in many popular names from the TV industry. The contestants this year comprises of celebrities like Rubina Dilaik, Sriti Jha, Aneri Vajani, Kanika Mann, Nishant Bhatt, Pratik Sehajpal, Tushar Kalia, Rajiv Adatia among others.

India Forums got in touch with actress Sriti Jha and asked her about her decision of signing the show. She said, “Well, I was pretty surprised to receive the call as I wonder they would consider someone like me for a reality show. I was quite apprehensive and skeptical. It took a lot of convincing from my friends and family. My friend Asha Negi who was a part of the show in the previous season really motivated me to accept the offer. She stated that it will be exciting to face the fears on daily basis and thus I thought to take up the show and experience the adventure”.

Talking about Television’s bahu’s being a part of the show, Sriti said, “Well, as an audience, I would’ve loved watching actresses like Aneri, Rubina, Kanika and Shivangi participating in the show. I feel it’s interesting to watch TV’s bahus taking up challenging stunts. More than anything else, I want the viewers to be entertained by the show”.

When asked about participating in other reality shows, Sriti said, “I don’t really know. I mean, it’s just now that I’ll be travelling for Khatron. I personally enjoy my space as an actress and wish to get back to an acting project post KKK12”.
