"I want to have a lean body" : Aly Goni
Fitness freak Aly Goni shares his fitness mantra on TellyBuzz and says that he does skipping and push-ups everyday.

What does fitness mean to you? What's your idea about fitness?
Fitness means everything! I hardly get time to hit the gym since I have started shooting for the show. Sometimes I just do skipping and push-ups.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
I eat non-veg food. A lot but I don't eat rice and potato. I basically prefer eating healthy food.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
I never used to eat Sabzi and Dal in my college days but now I eat everything. I eat everything but in small quantity.
Three things you do every day to remain fit.
1. Every day before going to shoot, I drink 3 glass of fresh juice.
2. I always keep a control on my diet.
3. I eat healthy food.
Do you take protein supplements?
No, I don't take it if I am not gyming.
A celeb body you admire.
I just want to be lean and little muscular. I am always a fan of Salman Khan but I want a lean body because of my height and frame.
What is your fitness secret?
I eat healthy food and I walk a lot. Whenever I want to go to get some stuff from a shop then I always go walking.
Any sport you are skilled at?
I am a Teakwondo National player. I started with this when I was 7 yrs. old but I had to quit it at the age of 15 because of an accident.
A fitness tip for your fans.
Wake up early in the morning and have green tea. Do anything like go for
running for 20-30 minutes or if you are so busy then do skipping and you can
also do abs for 15 minutes. Whatever you do, just do it with full motivation
and make it a habit. You will never feel lazy, you will be fit and your face
will glow. After that, have a good breakfast and start you day with a happy
mood. Jo fit hai wohi hit hai!
