I love the way I have been styled for my role on Tashan-E-Ishq: Sukirti Kandpal

Beautiful and talented Sukirti Kandpal, who has impressed the audience with her roles on popular shows like Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani, Kaisa Ye Ishq Hai... Ajab Sa Risk Hai, Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls and many more, has recently entered zee TV's popular show Tashan-E-Ishq.

Sukirti has been roped in for a cameo on the show, where she plays a bubbly Punjabi girl. In a candid chat with Tellybuzz, she shares more about her entry on the show and about reality shows. 

Talking about her experience so far, Sukirti shares, "It's a cameo which is like a good break for me from playing a cute character for some time. It's been nice and I completely like my look on the show because it's different from what I have done earlier. I love the way I have been styled - from my hair, to the jhumkis and accessories with my entire get up with colourful clothes. I am enjoying it."

We asked Sukirti about her reasons for taking up a cameo role for the show. She added, "I have never done a cameo before, so I just wanted to do something different. I really like the look of the character; I just wanted to enjoy doing something which I haven't done earlier."

There are times when an actor has to put some inputs by themselves to do justice to their roles. When we asked Sukirti to know whether she had put in some inputs from her side for essaying this role, she told us, "I have to put in a lot of efforts in playing this character. I had to work upon the dialect and I wanted to bring in some innocence and cuteness which the girl has and I really wanted to balance that about the character. I feel that I have succeeded with that.

It's been a lovely experience for Sukirti to work with the team of Tashan-E-Ishq. She shares, "It's a pleasant set to work on; everyone is very nice here. Though we don't get so much of time to spend with each other because of our shoots, but it's fun to work with everyone here."

We wonder why Sukirti is little away from doing reality shows. When we asked her about it, she explained, "There is no particular reason at all. A lot of reality shows are based on couples. I was offered power couple but I had to deny because I don't have any partner. If I would get calls for any other reality shows then I would love to do it."

"I am not sure whether I would be taking up a full fledged role on a show at the moment as I am busy spending time with my parents. I will be prioritizing once my cameo is done," revealed Sukirti taking about her plans after Tashan-E-Ishq.
