I like my character and the story line of Swim Team: Esha Chawla

Elaborating about her character and her interest in doing this show she says "I like my character in the show, I like her style and look which is outstanding. The show Swim Team has a fresh approach and this interesting concept prompted me to do this show. I was a swimmer during my college times so it was a good opportunity to swim on screen."

What was your first step towards acting? She answers, "I never wanted to be an actor as I was more interested in singing and dancing during my college times. Once, I came to Mumbai for a trip and went for an audition with my friend, gradually I developed interest for acting. I did Yeh Hai Aashiqui, Fannah Season 1 and later when Swim Team came my way and I grabbed it."

Sharing her interest towards dancing and singing she excitedly avers, "I am very fond of singing and dancing and I have a dream to make my own album. I used to participate lot in singing and dancing competitions. I am a trained classical singer."

When asked, how difficult is it to shoot in swimming pool? she answers "It's very difficult to shoot in water, many a times we have to stay for long hours in pool. People who watch the episodes might feel that its a easy job but it is not. One can understand other person's life only when that person steps in his shoes.

Sharing her future plans she says "I cannot predict that what will I get to do in my future. Although I wish to do films and television in my future."
