I learned the Sanskrit Shloka for Maha Shivratri sequence in ‘Pyaar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan’: Neeharika Roy
Neeharika Roy talks about preps for a sequence in Zee TV show ‘Pyaar Ka Pehla Naam Radha’.
Zee TV’s popular fiction offering, Pyaar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan, is a mature romance based in modern-day Vrindavan. It captures the story of Mohan (Shabir Ahluwalia), who was once an effortless and easy-going charmer with women swooning around him. However, he has somehow lost that smile and is an intense, brooding man today. On the other side, Radha (Neeharika Roy) is a spiritual and optimistic girl on a mission to bring back Mohan’s smile. In the recent episodes, the viewers witnessed a fun banter between Radha and Mohan after their marriage. Also, Radha is trying to win him and his family's trust again while dealing with Damini (Sambhabana Mohanty) and her mother's evil plans.
In the forthcoming episodes, viewers will witness that the whole family is preparing for the ‘Mahashivratri’ puja at home, where Radha is keeping a fast for Mohan and teaching his daughter Gungun about the customs and rituals of this auspicious occasion. During the massive celebration, Radha finally gets to see the hoodie man, who is trying to help her in finding Damini’s truth by giving her some clues to unlock the locker. On realizing that Radha has learned the truth, Damini mixes poison in the bowl of prasad (kheer) to kill her. It will be interesting for the viewers to witness the upcoming twists and turns in the episodes that will keep them hooked to their television screens.
Talking about the same, Neeharika Roy mentioned, “Radha and Mohan have been through a lot of ups and downs and the audience has been an integral part of this journey. I am glad that they have always showered their love on us. We have been shooting for our Maha Shivratri episodes, and for the first time, I learned the 'Sanskrit Shloka' for a sequence. The language phonetics is different and unique, and it really fascinated me when I started understanding the meaning of the verses. I am sure the audience will love the special episode and will get to learn a lot about Mahashivratri."
While Damini has become successful in her evil plans, because unknowingly Radha has consumed the poison. What will happen next? Will Radha survive? Will Mohan ever learn the truth behind all this?
