I know both Priyanka & Nimrit personally & they’ll condemn hatred spread by fans: Nimrit's friend Mahir Pandhi

Bigg Boss 16 has kept the viewers glued to the TV screens. While many relationships inside the Bigg Boss house change with time, one relationship that has stayed constant from the beginning of the show is the tashan between Nimrit Kaur Alhuwalia and Priyanka Chaudhary. The duo don’t see eye to eye.

Recently, Nimrit’s father stated that Priyanka fans have been spreading hatred for his daughter and that they are ‘paid trolls’. This didn’t go down well with Priyanka Choudhary’s family and PR team and they put out a statement stating that the love that Priyanka receive is earned and not bought. Nimrit’s family and team counter-attacked the statement and stated that Priyanka’s team has been motivating hatred towards Nimrit by sharing certain stories.

Now, Nimrit Kaur Alhuwalia’s rumored boyfriend Mahir Pandhi who’s worked with her in Colors’ show ‘Choti Sardarni’ made a series of videos on social media to address the matter. Mahir, in the videos requested fans to not spread hatred. He stated that he is a close friend to Nimrit but has never attacked anyone as the contestants are playing the game inside the house wherein they are forced to react to certain situations while people outside world have the liberty to ignore such things, be neutral and let go. He stated that he did called out people when need arose. For example, he mentioned calling out Shalin Bhanot for making fun of Nimrit’s mental health and also Shiv Thakare during the initial episodes.

Mahir further added that he personally knows both Nimrit and Priyanka and hence he can say that both of them will not appreciate the hatred that being spread on social media.
