"I heard Joram’s script in 2016, and I was really moved by it" - Manoj Bajpayee

The red carpet at NMACC lit up in star-studded glory as renowned actors Manoj Bajpayee, Smita Tambe, Tannishtha Chatterjee, Megha Mathur, Devashish Makhija, Shariq Patel, Ashima Avasthi Chaudhari, Anupama Bose, and Bhumika Tiwari graced the screening of the highly anticipated Indian survival thriller drama film, ‘Joram’. Written and directed by Devashish Makhija, the event took place on November 2nd, captivating audiences with emotion, depth, and drama. The intense drama film has already made waves internationally and received accolades for its gripping story and remarkable casting.  

‘Joram’ had the entire city buzzing with excitement, and it did not disappoint. The cast, sitting in the front row, had the unique privilege of witnessing their masterpiece on the big screen with a full house, as the tickets sold out within minutes.

As the film and cast received a standing ovation at the full house premiere, Manoj shared, “It’s a very special film. I heard Joram’s script in 2016, and I was really moved by it. I just had to relive my childhood, and the character came alive for me. I am thrilled to step into the world of ‘Bhaiyaaji’. 

Joram, directed, written, and crafted by Devashish Makhija, tells an electrifying story produced by Shariq Patel, Ashima Avasthi Chaudhuri, Anupama Bose, and Devashish Makhija. The film stars Manoj Bajpayee and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub under the cinematic vision of Piyush Puty and the editing mastery of Abhro Banerjee. The soul-stirring music is composed by Mangesh Dhakde. A collaborative effort between Zee Studios and MakhijaFilm, ‘Joram’ is set to become a cinematic milestone, eagerly awaited by fans and critics alike.
