I haven’t been approached for ‘Lock Upp’: Parth Samthaan dismisses the rumor of being a part of the show

ALTBalaji and MXPlayers’ show ‘Lock Upp’ is marching towards the finale. The show is around three weeks away from the finale and now the contestants have upped their game and how. The last week saw major twists in the show which changed the entire course of the show. In the latest arena task, team blue won.

Until now, contestants like Ali Mercchant, Mandana Karimi, Azma Fallah, Zeeshan Khan and Vinit Kakkar entered the show as wild card participants. Now, there are rumours regarding actor Parth Samthaan bagging the show. A popular media platform announced that Parth might enter the show soon.

Now, India Forums has got a clarity about the authenticity of this news, from the horses’ mouth. We contacted Parth and he reacted on the rumours. He said, “I haven’t even been approached for the show. I don’t know where the news is coming from”.

The show currently has celebrities like Karanvir Bohra, Mandana Karimi, Anjali Arora, Zeeshan Khan and Shivam Sharma in the orange team while celebrities like Munawar Faruqui, Poonam Pandey, Payal Rohatgi, Ali Mercchant, Azma Fallah and Saisha Shinde form the blue team.

For this week’s elimination, everyone except Saisha, Azma and Poonam have been nominated.
