Pretty actress Divyanka Tripathi, essaying the character of Ishita on Star Plus' show Ye Hai Mohabbatein, is certainly one of the fittest celebrities of the Telly town. The girl, who recently injured her leg badly at an event, still managed to give her best to her hectic shooting schedules.
What's the fitness mantra of Divyanka?
In a candid chat with Divyanka, we learnt that Divyanka is very much particular about her food habits. Let's read on to know more about her fitness funda and food habits.
Talking about her food habits, Divyanka shares, "I have sprouts in my breakfast. I eat six times a day. Around 12 PM, I have some snack that could be oranges, juice or salad. I like to have dal and roti in my lunch. I take small meal in the evening and then I have light dinner."
When we asked Divyanka about her diet regime, she said, "There are phases when I stop thinking about diet but then I start I feeling fat so I start dieting again and follow a proper regime. Those are the time when I totally take care of my meals like having my meals on time and in right proportions. I take care of the quality of food that I take and I also try working out thrice a week. I feel that the easiest way to diet is to avoid sugar."
We wonder if there is any fattening food item that Divyanka can't resist on. On being asked about it, she added, "Chocolates and ice-cream are the food items that I can't resist."
When we asked Divyanka about how she keeps herself physically fit, she added, "I do workout at my place. I start with stretching and then I go for jogging and jumping jags. I have a treadmill at my place and do cardio. I prefer outdoor activities but I don't have time for it so I workout indoor. Trekking is my favorite physical activity."
