What does fitness mean to you? What's your idea of fitness?
Fitness according to me should be something that keeps you healthy, it is not necessary to have six packs. It should be eating right food sleeping on right time.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
There are two ways to be fit generally. One can do exercise and jogging but when it comes to actor we have to be exclusively fit and so we take extra efforts like following a particular diet, special exercises, etc.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
I am the biggest foodie ever, I can sit and discuss about food for hours. But if needed I control over my food choices.
Do you take protein supplements?
I make use of it only when it is highly required.
Is there any sport you are skilled at?
Lot of sports, in fact I am a very athletic person long tennis is something which I love to play, cricket, football etc.
A celeb body you admire?
In the current era lean is something which is in trend and for now I like Ranbir Kapoor's body. Instead of having a muscular body I would prefer having a lean body in which you can carry yourself very well doing several characters.
What is your fitness secret?
It's nothing but having a inner capacity to work out and be fit when it is needed.
A fitness tip for your fans?
Thinking about my fans and their age category I would like to say that eat what you like, stay happy and keep trying different food items. During my teenage days I use to eat a lot.
