What does fitness mean to you?
Fitness for me means Maintaining your stamina.
What efforts do you take to stay fit?
I walk daily on the treadmill and compulsory do work out.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
Yes very much and I avoid eating outside food.
Do you take protein supplements?
Yes, I do take protein supplements to control my diet and its needed during our hectic shooting schedule as I tend to skip my meal.

Salman Khan, he has superb muscular body.
What is your fitness secret?
My secret is just to follow a good diet, don't eat to fill the stomach, have a good sleep and exercise to remain fit.
