I am playing the role of a Sardar for the fist time : Gopil Bhalla

Comic actor Gopi Bhalla has been roped in as Hasya Kavi for Star Plus' show Tu Mera Hero.

Gopi Bhalla was a part of SAB TV's show F.I.R. for 9 long years, after which he took a break and now he is back again with another show. He says, "FIR ran for almost nine years which brought a lot of changes in me as an actor and as a person as well. It's been a tremendous journey throughout the show. After the show I took a break and was searching for more such positive and strong shows, it was then Tu Mera Hero came in my way.

Gopi Bhalla is playing the role of Sardarji for the first time. He says, "I am playing a role of Hasya Kavi who has entered show for the 24-days challenge where I will help Titu to earn money. It is obviously a comical character and that is my comfort zone. I am portraying the role of sardarji, which I have never played before, it is a different feeling and I am enjoying it."
