I am addicted to the gym since fifteen years : Mreenal Deshraj

Mreenal Deshraj of Ishqbaaaz is a fitness freak and cannot even go a day without working out.

In a recent conversation with the actress who plays Leenesh Matto's and Kunal Jaisingh's onscreen mother in Star Plus' Ishqbaaaz, the actress revealed that she fears gaining fat and hence cannot even go a day without gymming.

She said, "I am addicted to the gym since fifteen years. I feel on top of the world when I workout."

Sharing some fitness tip with her fans, she said, "My message to the fans would be to take out some time and workout at least for an hour and stay healthy and fit."
