Hussain to replace Eijaz Khan in Gala Rounds of DPL...

Dance Premier League produced by Cineyug, the unique reality show which brings with it a bandwagon of names from Bollywood will launch on Sony on October 9th, Fri-Sat at the 8 PM slot.

The show as reported earlier will be hosted by Sara Khan and Eijaz Khan. However, there is a twist to the tale even before the show goes on air.

According to our reliable source, "Eijaz Khan will be hosting the audition episodes of the show along with Sara Khan, while the Gala round which begins much later will have a different male host".

The news coming in is that Hussain Kuwajerwala who has successfully hosted Indian Idol for Sony before, will be taking the place of Eijaz Khan as host from the Gala round onwards.

"Eijaz has date problems, and will be hosting the audition rounds, while Hussain will carry forward the mantle of hosting in the Gala round. However, Sara Khan will remain as co host of Hussain even in the Gala rounds", informs our source.

Our source further adds, "Hussain and his wife Tina who are going to take part in the show Heart Throbs in Toronto, Canada will be back to India before the audition rounds end and the Gala rounds of DPL begin".  

When contacted, Eijaz Khan who was busy rehearsing for his performance to be held in Toronto, Canada for Heartthrobs told us, "I am rehearsing right now; you need to call me later".

Hussain Kuwajerwala remained unavailable for comments.

We tried calling Danish Khan, Marketing Head, Sony Entertainment Television but he remained unavailable..

It's going to be a feast for sure with not one, but two handsome hunks seen as hosts in one single show!!!
