Hina Khan injured on the sets of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai!

Hina Khan has mesmerized the audience with her brilliant performance on Star Plus much loved show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.

As the current track will eventually progress to showcase Akshara losing her eyesight, a particular sequence required her to fall from the stairs while searching for Mishty.

A source from the sets informed us that the actor was injured while trying to give her best for the scene.

"After losing her eyesight, Akshara will go in search of Mishty and will end up falling off the stairs. While shooting for the sequence Hina bumped her head on the handrail. The crew members rushed to her aid and the actor was sporting enough to re-shoot the sequence without any delay."

We tried calling the actress but she remained unavailable for comment.
