Hina Khan, a complete tea tottler!

Akshara, the very own lovable bahu, of Star Plus' Ye Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai played by Hina Khan has a new interest. Her love for tea was revealed during a recent ad campaign that she shot for a leading tea brand. Hina will share the frame with her on screen mother-in-law Sonali Verma and will play herself in the advertisement.

What came as a surprise to many was an impromptu tea drinking challenge that she threw in front of the entire cast and crew. Those present on the set were shocked to see the actress gulping down large cups of tea one after the other.

Her co-stars who were also present at the location, admitted to have known about her being an avid tea drinker and had predicted the results beforehand.

"It was a wonderful experience to be a part of the campaign as I am a complete tea lover. I will be playing Akshara only in the advertisement," quips Hina.

How about bringing a new 'chai time' show for the viewers, Hina?
