Lifts in Cha Cha – To Be or Not To be?
Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa's first performance for Friday's theme of Disco and Cha Cha...kick starts with Mini Mathur and Hemu doing the cha cha on the Jeetendra's famous (badminton) song ' Dhal gaya din...ho gayi shaam'
from Humjoli. Mini Mathur dressed in white and red, swayed to the remix
version, which tempted the ‘Jumping Jack’ Jeetuji to come on stage and
dance to the song. Mini in true Jeetuji style says, "Cha cha was done first by our very own Jeetuji and our dance is a tribute to him" But the funniest thing was that even after this brilliant performance from Mini and Hemu, the judges were too miserly when it came to awarding points. Instead, these were the comments that Mini got from the Jury. Urmila said "Mini, you are looking like a doll", Jeetendra said "Choreography wise it was much better than what we originally did in the song, beautiful and well synchronised" . Perfectionist Shiamak points out and says "Cha Cha as a dance form does not have too many lifts, I want to see more dance".
The twist in the tale was that, all the jodis who performed on Cha Cha had the same lifts and jumps in their acts! So how is there a variation in points?
It is for you, the audience to decide! Check out Mini Mathur do the cha cha, this Friday, October 12 at 9.00 p.m. only on Sony Entertainment Television.

Cyrus Nacha Re Nacha!!
Jeetendra’s remarks on Cyrus last week, that this man is a great
entertainer from top to neck, but not below, was indeed proved wrong
this week! Cyrus with his Cow Boy get-up, did the perfect hop, skip and
jump moves on the famous Disco number “Jhoom Jhoom Jhoom Baba”, and
Jeetendra had to eat his own words, and give Cyrus a standing ovation
after his performance. Jeetuji had just one thing to say, "You have
hit me back violently I take back my words".Great going Cyrus!!!
Watch out of Cyrus and Rozita perform disco this Friday, October 12 at 9.00 p.m. only on Sony Entertainment Television.

Typical Dramatic Hindi Film Ending for Sudha…
The ‘Cha Cha Cha’ with girls continues, as Sudha Chandran with
Umashankar recreate the RK Magic at RK Studios, where Jhalak is being
shot, with the Shammi Kapoor number ‘Tumse Acche Kaun Hai’. Her graceful dance moves take everybody from the judges, participants, hosts to the live viewers to a different level and then just like our films...reach a dramatic end! Here's what the judges said Jeetendra "Good choreography", Urmila "Behtareen cha cha, you have taken us all to another level, you are 100 % there" Shiamak Davar "You're acting was wonderful, nice story, nice choreography" and in true Shiamak style (he is working on his hindi) says "Naach meri bulbul tujhe vote milega, kahaan kadardaan tujhe aisa milega"
Don't miss Sudha Chandran's and Umashankar's performance, find out what is the dramatic end to their dance this Friday, Saturday, October 12 at 9.00 p.m. only on Sony Entertainment Television.

Sandhya does Cha Cha on the number ‘Kyun aaj kal’ from the film Woh
Lamhe. She gave a stupendous performance and these were the comments
she got. Urmila said, "Superb, commendable stances, beautiful,
graceful..." Jeetuji said, "Its was nice but something is
missing...but it was brilliant..” This comment made Sandhya inquisitive
and she asked him, “Please can you tel me what was missing?” and broke
down crying. For Sandhya, her heartfelt wish was to give a good performance before her teacher Shiamak and make him proud that his student danced well. Now what does Shimak have to say? What happens next?
Watch out for their performance tommorow, friday,October 12 at 9.00 p.m. only on Sony Entertainment Television.
