Deepika Padukone married her longtime boyfriend and co-star Ranveer Singh amidst a beautiful scenario at Lake Como, Italy. Touted as one of the grandest and secretive weddings in Bollywood town, the couple has been giving us major couple goals since they tied the nuptial knot on 14^th and 15^th November as per Konkani and Sindhi customs respectively.

For her second reception in Mumbai that took place two days ago, Deepika wore Abu Jani - Sandeep Khosla's couture and once again turned up looking like a queen in a Chikankari saree. As much as attractive the ensemble was, here's a shocking detail of the making of the saree that well blew up our mind.

In a sneak-peek video shared by designers Abu Jani - Sandeep Khosla who designed this saree, they revealed that the saree Deepika wore took 16,000 man-hours to make which if roughly calculated translates into two years-worth of labour. Quite a shocker right?

"We have taken it a couple of notches higher for her. We decided to give her many drapes to carry. We even designed the jewellery for her especially. It has taken approximately 16,000 men to make up Deepika's ensemble", they were quoted in the below video.
