Actor Irrfan Khan is no more in this world today but he will always be in the hearts of fans through his films.
His passing so early was no less than a shock to everyone. After Irrfan's death, his wife Sutapa Sikdar and elder son Babil keep sharing their memories on social media, which is an emotional moment for every fan of the actor.
Irrfan, who has given more than one film in his career, today (January 7) is the 55th birth anniversary of the late actor.
His wife Sutapa had written a post on Facebook saying that she has planted a sapling of Queen of the Night in memory of Irrfan.
Irrfan loved the fragrance of these flowers. Apart from this, she also shared that a night before Irfan's death, he had sung songs.
Now Sutapa has shared many more memories with him. Talking to a new portal she told which songs she and some friends had sung. She says,
"We had sung Jhula kine dala re, Umrao Jaan ka Amaraiya Jhule Mora Saiyan Lu Main Balaiyan, Lag Ja Gale Ke Phir Yeh Haseen Raat Ho Na Ho, Aaj Jaane Ki Zid Na Karo… and Rabindra Sangeet. He was unconscious but his tears were flowing."
While Irrfan Khan said goodbye to this world on 29 April 2020. He had been battling cancer for nearly two years.
Babil currently has Yash Raj Banner's project 'The Railway Men', 'Qala' with Netflix and Shoojit Sircar's film.
